Overview
RISEBA’nın İş Psikolojisi Lisans programı, Letonya’daki ilk programdır ve Avrupa’daki nadir programlardan biridir. İş yönetimini psikoloji ile birleştirerek öğrencilerin iş gücündeki pazar değerini artırır. Program, öğrencilere iş yerindeki zorluklara psikolojik ilkeleri uygulama becerisi kazandırır. Mezunlar, küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeleri yönetmekten kendi işlerini kurmaya kadar çeşitli kariyer yolları seçebilirler. Etkili yöneticiler ve sorumlu karar vericiler olarak, finansal göstergeleri ve iş süreçlerindeki psikolojik yönleri dikkate alarak kararlar alırlar.
RISEBA’s Bachelor’s programme in Business Psychology is the first of its kind in Latvia and one of the few in Europe. It combines business management with psychology, enhancing students’ marketability in the labor market. The programme equips students with skills to apply psychological principles to workplace challenges. Graduates can pursue various career paths, including managing small to medium enterprises or starting their own businesses. They become effective managers and responsible decision-makers, considering both financial indicators and psychological aspects in business processes.

The Business Psychology programme develops managers for small and medium enterprises who can make non-standard managerial decisions based on a deep understanding of business psychology and economic efficiency. Graduates can also work as business consultants, assisting companies in addressing the psychological aspects of human resource management, marketing, advertising, organizational climate, corporate culture, and more.
